This seven week course is designed specifically for the student who is either completely brand new to yoga or wants an overview to fill in some gaps. Please plan to watch each class with a 'beginners mindset,' wear comfortable clothing, and be prepared to step away from your cell phone for 75 minutes.
This course approaches Yoga as a lifestyle, mindset, and opportunity for a fresh perspective.
